At iFLY Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Ensure all original tags and protective materials are intact before dropping off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned luggage for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
